Mineral water filling equipment consists of bottle unscrambler, fully automatic liquid filling machine, automatic corking machine (requires manual plugging), automatic cap locking machine/capping machine, fully automatic round bottle double-sided labeling machine, automatic inkjet coding It is composed of a machine and is suitable for filling edible liquids such as liquor, soy sauce, vinegar, condiments, vegetable oil, syrup, mineral water, and pesticide and chemical liquids.
Mineral water filling equipment should be kept clean during use, and the following points should be noted:

  1. Ensure that the pipelines are clean: all pipelines, especially those in direct or direct contact with materials, must be kept clean. They must be brushed every week, water must be drained every day, and must be sterilized if necessary. Ensure that the equipment is clean and the material trough must be inspected. Brush and sterilize to ensure that parts in contact with materials are free of scale and bacteria.
  2. Before each operation, use 0 to 1°C water to lower the temperature of the machine tank and transportation pipe. When the filling temperature exceeds 4°C, the temperature should be lowered first before filling.
  3. Sterilization is a good way to ensure the biological stability of bottled beverages during the production process. The time and temperature of sterilization must be controlled to ensure the effect. It is also necessary to prevent the sterilization time from being too long or the temperature being too high to reduce the oxidation of the beverage. After sterilization, cool it quickly so that the temperature does not exceed 35°C. Low-temperature filling is a requirement for beverage filling. Generally, beverages are less likely to foam in a low-temperature environment, which is beneficial to filling.
  4. Use a thermal insulation tank and constant temperature filling to keep the material at a certain constant temperature within the specified filling time, so as to avoid unstable operation of the equipment due to excessive temperature changes.
