Carbonated soft drinks filling production lines must consider the following eight issues:
- Are the speed throttle valve and oil filling interval throttle valve closed? The throttle valve cannot be closed;
- Is there any foreign matter in the quick-install three-way control valve? If so, please sort it out. Is there air in the hose of the quick-install three-way control valve and filling head? If air is present, minimize or sweep it away.
- Check whether all sealing rings are damaged? If so, please replace it with a new one.
- Check whether the filler valve core is stuck or delayed in opening? If there is jamming, install the valve core from the beginning; if it is delayed in opening, adjust the thin cylinder throttle valve.
- In the quick-install three-way regulating valve, the spring force of the coil spring is tightened up and down? If the spring force is too strong, the check valve will not open.
- Is the filling speed too fast? Adjust the fill speed throttle to reduce the fill speed.
- Can all clips and buckles be sealed? If not, please correct it.
- Can the magnetic switch be loosened? If possible, lock it after each adjustment.
Okay, that’s all the editor has said about the carbonated beverage filling production line. I hope the above content will be helpful to everyone.
